traceroute lacks icmp support

FC5 has a replaced traceroute implementation, which unfortunately has no icmp support ("traceroute -I": the ability to send icmp echo packets instead of udp). The corresponding bugzilla ticket is #176587 <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=176587> .

The icmp feature of traceroute is wide-used enough. To avoid an unexpected shock of the network admins, this issue should be mentioned in ReleaseNotes.

I.e., please, mention some way in FC6's Release Notes that the current traceroute implementation temporarily lacks icmp support.
