It did. I stamped my feet, laid on my back and cried.. but then realized that maybe I should just try the regular nv... since I really didnt need 1000 fps coverage in bzflag because I still suck at it.
Can we please kill all these threads now..... http://www2.ati.com/drivers/linux/linux_8.27.10.html#178987 if ATI can suck it up and release a driver, surely Nvidia could have in the same period of time. We all know how this works with Nvidia, they take 2 or 3 weeks after breakage is introduced in distro to provide the drivers. Not a test release, not a test update, but 2 or 3 weeks after its introduced in a mainline release. Like sands through the hour glass, so are the days of our Nvidia drivers incompatiblities. As the most important Nvidia hardware user on the planet, if not the universe itself, I say release the goddamn 7.1 updates already so Nvidia can start their goddamn clock towards releasing a working driver. -jef"if ATI can roll a release with 7.1 support and get it out the door, Nvidia sure as hell could to... we need to stop treating either vendor as some sort of demigod and looking to them for permission to breathe. Everyone take a breathe and get over it."spaleta -- fedora-devel-list mailing list fedora-devel-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-devel-list
