Out of curiosity, I ran package-cleanup --problems and saw: Setting up yum Reading local RPM database Processing all local requires Missing dependencies: Package docbook-dtds requires openjade = 1.3.2 So it seems it's not just local to Jaroslaw, and is probably a bug. This is on a FC-5 box only ever updated with yum. /var/yum.log[.n] shows that docbook hasn't been updated ever though, version: docbook-dtds-1.0-30 which I believe is the one from the install media.
