It was a scripted rebuild of all the packages. Another X maintainer is
working on the BuildRequires fixes.
Technically it should be a full Requires too, the 1.0.99.90x packages
have broken ABIs. Clearly I just neglected to do it.
I'll hit this in the next day or so.
