Yep, a Shuttle ST20G5, the ACPI of this machine seem to be broken like
you can see in the dmesg file, for example the follwing lines kind of
worry me;

No luck, pci=noacpi does not change anything, nor does pci=routeirq and
about every other option i tried. For a long time i had to use nohpet to
be able to boot, but it seems i changed something in the BIOS settings
and now it also boots (the working kernel , not the new 2.6.15 one) also
without nohpet.
