System-config-packages is getting a yum backend. Pup in the current
development tree will perform software updates based on yum. There is
yumex in Fedora Extras already.
There are interesting challenges here...
I recently got Linux running on a Sun Ultra 10, and I chose Debian
because it's one of the few distributions that will easily install on
SPARC.
