Do you want me to fix it for you?

Options:

1. yum clean ignores repo configuration and works at filesystem level
only.

2. special case for --enablerepo="*" on yum clean, removing cache even
for no longer defined repos.

3. new option --repo= for yum. Like --disablerepo="*" --enablerepo=arg,
but yum clean by default works at filesystem level like 1.
