That's a bug then. Either the source repo listing should come with yum, or
with yumdownloader.

The whole point of this thread (to me at least) is to fix the problem of
not being able to easilly installing source rpms without a need to go hunt
or edit manual files.

I'm all for adding extras-src etc source repositories to default yum setup but we don't want those to be enabled by default - few people of the userbase will ever need them so having them enabled will just waste bandwidth and make yum slower. A developer who knows he needs that stuff can be reasonably expected to flip enabled = 0 -> 1 in a file or two I think :)
