Yeah, the tracking is important, but there's also some other wrinkles,
like if it should also be untagged from eln (or if there's a eln build
based on it thats already in eln tag), or if untagging that doesn't
actually fix the issue (like we were seeing with the intertwined
tinysparql builds). 

I personally don't object to adding more folks if we need to for
coverage.
