There was some kind of a temporary/transient failure in a part of the
OpenQA tests where a web browser loads accounts.fedoraproject.org.
(These OpenQA tests are mandatory since abseil-cpp is a critpath
package.) These tests finally passed after re-triggering them twice, and
the update[1] is now in Rawhide.
I said earlier that I would also take care of rebuilding ceph after the
other builds reached Rawhide, but a scratch build[2] failed for reasons
unrelated to gtest,
In file included from /usr/include/lttng/tracepoint-rcu.h:10,
from /usr/include/lttng/tracepoint.h:13,
from
/builddir/build/BUILD/ceph-19.2.0-build/ceph-19.2.0/redhat-linux-build/include/tracing/mgroprequest.h:11,
from

use atomic builtins, but this toolchain does not support them."
51 | # error "URCU was configured to use atomic builtins, but this

so I am not going to attempt a rebuild or even push a commit for the
rebuild, because I don’t want to accidentally make things harder for
ceph’s maintainers.
Therefore ceph and libcamera remain as the two packages that couldn’t be
rebuilt – for reasons specific to those two packages – and they will
need to be investigated by their regular maintainers.

Hi,
thank you for stepping in so quickly. The update is "stuck", I guess
due to the rpminspect discovering some ABI changes in the abseil-cpp.
Could someone flush it, thus the other packages can be built, please?
Thanks and bye,
Milan
