I think there would be sufficient interest in moving compose reports
to a separate (opt-in) mailing list to make that happen. It's been
discussed multiple times over the years ...
Not sure *where* you would need to propose such a change (releng?
infra? fesco? ...), but if I had to vote on the decision, I'd +1 it :)
