Agreed with all of this, and I further don't understand how it's even
possible to be in violation of the policy as cited in the OP, given
that the language uses "should" and not "must", is unclear about what
the rules are, and in no way indicates that violating the unclear rules
could result in public shaming and privilege revocation.
