Yeah, that matches my understanding, and it matches the policy as
currently written.

Yeah, I did want to make some changes in the UI to clarify things
further, but I never got around to it and frontend stuff isn't natural
for me so it takes a while :\ If anyone else wants to do it that'd be
great.
