The Firefox is kinda special: the Fedora Flatpak says: org.mozilla.Firefox the RPM version says: org.mozilla.firefox the Flahub.org says: org.mozilla.firefox thus there's a little inconsistency (the first has upper case 'F'). To be honest, I do not recall whether the app <id/> is case sensitive or not. When I search for the "firefox" in the gnome-software 47.1 I see two apps, one with Fedora Flatpak only, and one with all three. It can be a bug on the gnome-software side, I did not try to investigate it by any means.
