I think you want homed to be something it really isn't. It's about
locally managed stuff, not about networked accounts. If you want
networked stuff, thta's fine, then use sssd, but this really doesn't
need to take place like this within the homed framework really.

Well, that's a bit like saying we shouldn't adopt mysql because it is
a shit web browser, no? I mean, it's true, mysql *is* a shit web
browser, but it's not really what mysql is supposed to be, no?
