New status one week later: 13 downgrades instead of 20 (some removed,
some added).

================================================================================

Downgraded packages (ignoring Release): (13)

- fedora-license-data-0:1.57-1.fc40 > fedora-license-data-0:1.56-1.fc41

This one has the corresponding update for Fedora 41 in "pending →
testing", so this will be resolved by tomorrow.

- fluent-bit-0:3.0.4-1.fc40 > fluent-bit-0:2.2.2-1.fc41
- gedit-control-your-tabs-0:0.4.1-1.fc40 >
gedit-control-your-tabs-0:0.4.0-7.fc40

These two packages fail to build on Fedora 41 and Rawhide.

- gimp3-0:2.99.19^20240927git771dd219f6-1.fc40 >
gimp3-0:2.99.19^20240824git74bbe26918-2.fc41

It looks like this package was accidentally de-retired by merging
something into the wrong git branch.
I merged the PR to restore the `dead.package` file, it should
hopefully be gone from the repos by tomorrow.

- libmanette-0:0.2.9-1.fc40 > libmanette-0:0.2.7-2.fc41

The 0.2.9 update was initially missed from Fedora 41, but submitted
today, so this should be resolved by tomorrow.

- mrack-0:1.19.0-1.fc40 > mrack-0:1.18.0-5.fc41

Packit forgot to submit this one to rawhide (before the f41 branch point).
I cherry-picked the 1.19.0 update to rawhide and f41 branches and
built the update, so this will be resolved by tomorrow.

- neomutt-6:20241002-1.fc40 > neomutt-6:20240425-2.fc41

This update was missed for Fedora 41 yesterday, but submitted today,
so this will be resolved by tomorrow, too.

- phosh-0:0.41.1-1.fc40 > phosh-0:0.41.0-5.fc41

This looks like a case of "forgot to build for f41 too", but the
package fails to build now, so I couldn't resolve this.

- picard-0:2.12.1-1.fc40 > picard-0:2.12.0-4.fc41

This one was likely caused by a race condition during the mass branching of f41.
I've asked releng to fix it, so hopefully the update should be
correctly available by tomorrow.

- qm-0:0.6.7-1.fc40 > qm-0:0.6.4-2.fc41

Packit "forgot" to merge this update to f41 and submit it. I did that now.

- renderdoc-0:1.34-1.fc40 > renderdoc-0:1.33-3.fc41

This one was also missed from f41 entirely. I submitted the missing build today.

- sdrangel-0:7.22.0-1.fc40 > sdrangel-0:7.21.4-4.fc41

This one looks like it failed to build when the 7.22.0 update was
originally pushed, but it builds OK now. I resubmitted the failed
builds.

- shapelib-0:1.6.1-1.fc40 > shapelib-0:1.6.0-3.fc41

This is another case of "forgot to update f41". I have submitted the
missing build.
