The licensing situation for Lazarus is pretty much the same as for FPC;
both use a modified LGPL with the same exception text. No idea
why I slapped "Classpath-exception-2.0" on Lazarus while deciding
that FPC needs further discussion, though.

I'll add a comment about Lazarus to the FPC discussion. [0]
