Atm, no idea. The answer lies with 1pass.

Right, but if you're having a problem with a commercial program
shouldn't your first step to be ask the seller of that software
about it rather than trying to change an entire distribution?

I can understand why it might be better if 1password can't be
traced by arbitrary processes even of the same user but that can
be achieved with PR_SET_DUMPABLE without affecting every other
process on the system.
