Reality is that Python team does not build 3rd-party packages, like > pytest, for nondefault Python out of modules. My build with python 3.12 fails because the scons build detects python version 3.6, not 3.12. Getting the detected version to >3.6 is my real problem, and it seems independent of updating the BuildRequires values -- _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
