Seems that you need to update the mock-core-configs package

$ ls -alhs /etc/mock/fedora-41-x86_64.cfg 
0 lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root mock 25 čec 14 02:00 /etc/mock/fedora-41-x86_64.cfg -> fedora-rawhide-x86_64.cfg
