In this case we still have something to investigate in new mailman deployment.

We have issue for it here https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/12011. I will reopen it
as it seems that it's still happening.

Basically the archives/mailman workers were killed by OOM from time to
time. I assume the messages handled during that time lost their content.
Weird is, that I posted the same email on the releng mailing list, and it landed there with no issues:
