It looks like the GitHub repo has some old tags (for a different
versioning scheme?):
https://github.com/ocaml/ocamlbuild/tags?after=0.10.1

Those are larger versions than the "latest". release-monitoring
doesn't sort them by date but by rpm-version-sort.
