As it is, it will remain off by default. There is currently no way to
trigger a prompt to activate it on existing systems. There will be a
toggle in GNOME Settings (gnome-control-center) for turning it on if
you so desire.

Yes, removed.
I already have enough telemetry I can't disable on the things I'm using
(being Portuguese from Portugal, all investment I see in bringing "Portuguese" to products, isn't the Portuguese I use, it's the Brazilian variant, which makes little to no sense to us)
