I took a quick look. It's a standard Rust project, so the spec file is
almost entirely boilerplate.
There's a few missing dependencies that would need to be packaged
though (4 libraries + any missing dependencies).
If people are interested in having podlet available as a tool in
Fedora, I can take care of that.
