Hi Ankur,

merging https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/qpdfview/pull-request/7 to
rawhide and F40 would help since I'm waiting for this one only and
there's no response to the PR yet. I can build into "my" side-tags, I
just cannot commit to qpdfview's dist-git.

(Sure enough, I caught the window where rpm 4.20 created trouble,
missed that "all builds passed" was not enough, and ... But everything
sorted out by now).
