    It was closed after it was fixed. The update was stuck at beta freeze and
    nobody associated the FTI bugzilla with it.


No, it was reported <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2259559#c5> installable (comment 5) on 7th March by fti-bugs but was not closed as it should have been then.

On Fedora 41 only.

Then it was orphaned <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2259559#c6> (comment 6) on 21st March.

Yes, because it was still NEW and not acted upon by the maintainer.

Then again reported <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2259559#c7> installable (comment 7) on 25th which actually closed the bug.

On Fedora 40.

Which is why I am asking if the orphaned can be reverted, please.

Yes, if the previous maintainer is still interested in maintaining it, they can take the package back by clicking on the *Take* button.

It makes no sense to me to assign it back to them if they are not interested.
