I'll go on a tiny bit of a tangent here: SPDX spec says that license expression operators (AND, OR, WITH) should be matched in a case-sensitive manner. [0] If we're going to introduce any kind of (semi-)automatic conversion of existing license tags, I think it'd be good to make "convert «and» and «or» to upper-case" part of the process. A.FI.
