It looks like a small, basic, DHCP client is needed during the early boot just to get on the network to reach the metadata service. That would be before NetworkManager gets involved. Stephen Gallagher pointed out that ELN doesn't have busybox, but it does have dhcpcd, and that should work fine. I've reverted the switch to udhcpcd and I'm waiting on upstream cloud-init to have a new release with the recently added dhcpcd support. -- Major Hayden -- _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
