You need to query for `python3-pebble`.

$ dnf repoquery --whatrequires python3-pebble

cvise-0:2.8.0-1.fc39.x86_64
python3-bluepyopt-0:1.14.3-1.fc39.x86_64
python3-bluepyopt-0:1.14.6-5.fc39.x86_64

I use `fedrq` these days.

$ fedrq wr -s python3-pebble
cvise-2.9.0-1.fc40.src
python-bluepyopt-1.14.6-5.fc40.src
