They are all assigned now. I think it all cases here it was 'main admin
is not around anymore and one of the co-maintainers has been maintaining
it for a long while'. 

I suppose we could try and do something better than orphaning them, but
not sure what. If we just reassigned to another co-maintainer, we could
get another inactive one. I suppose we could try and see which
co-maintainer last committed to it...

Email the main admin to add you.
