There is already the compat package imported (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tbb2020.3, https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/message/HHT5VR7V3DCDZYUICOX2J6ZSPXWKY2PX/), and it was stalled by fallout from Python 3.12 (https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/message/P44YQVEVWDDMYAUMQSA6NQQEVQRDAZ4G/, https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/message/MPK673HOREP6GMBEFSNPWNH5FSAENNGF/). Dropping the change and making the owners go through the entire process again in F40 when it is already in progress is not a nice thing to do.

I was not present during the meeting, but apparently the Change owner
no longer works for Red Hat, which is why this was apparently
abandoned.
In this case, I agree with the decision to drop it instead of pushing
it to F40, since there's currently nobody working on it.
