It's still at a pre-pre-release stage and right now has dependencies
on git snapshots, downstream forks, and / or forks copy-pasted into
their repo ...
So I don't think it can (or should) be packaged at this stage. Maybe
once the project matures and stabilizes, but certainly not now.
