Some package maintainers are too lazy. They won't do anything even if you inform them in the ML.

I think it will be better to rebuild all dependent packages in a side tag.


Most packages don't need rebuilds and are just fine using the compat packages,
so there isn't a need to rebuild everything, but if packagers want to rebuild
along with the LLVM update they are welcome to do it in the side-tag.

There are a few packages that we know can't use the compat builds, and in those
cases, we'll try to do scratch builds early on and report issues to the maintainer,
and build them into the side-tag once they are working.
