Speaking of not obvious ...

One starts with no rule at all. Does that mean no notifications? I.e., is include or exclude the default?

A few templates might not hurt. Or is that what "tracking rule" means?

Should we disable all rules on the old fmn, i.e. does the old one keep sending, or is it just the rule interface which differs?

Is there no documentation/help or did I just fail to find it?
