The graph in the packager dashboard is showing that resteasy directly
depends on java-1.8.0-openjdk which is not true.

resteasy (maintained by: cfu, cipherboy, ckelley, edewata, jmagne, mfargett, mharmsen, vakwetu) pki-resteasy-client-3.0.26-23.fc38.noarch requires java-1.8.0-headless = 1:1.8.0.362.b09-2.fc38 pki-resteasy-core-3.0.26-23.fc38.noarch requires java-1.8.0-headless = 1:1.8.0.362.b09-2.fc38 pki-resteasy-jackson2-provider-3.0.26-23.fc38.noarch requires java-1.8.0-headless = 1:1.8.0.362.b09-2.fc38

That is not what is in the binary package (spec file does not even have
that dependency expression directly).
Binary package https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=33490808
has the following Requires statement:

(java-headless or java-17-headless or java-11-headless or java-1.8.0-headless)

This library is usable with any supported JDK build.
