I have a fedora account.

How do I get packager status?  How do I work with a packager - is that a person or a program?

A quick google gave me this link: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Joining_the_Package_Maintainers/

I think you should contact the current maintainer first.

The package tss2 is currently orphaned. I think that is why they are asking here.

Keith,

The first step you will need to do is create a Fedora account and working with a packager on how Fedora packages things up and getting packager status. tss2 and tss2-devel are built from the tss2 package https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tss2 (that is the canonical place for the RPM spec file).
