The package tss2 is currently orphaned. I think that is why they are asking here. Keith, The first step you will need to do is create a Fedora account and working with a packager on how Fedora packages things up and getting packager status. tss2 and tss2-devel are built from the tss2 package https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tss2 (that is the canonical place for the RPM spec file).
