Nope, koji and pungi have no idea about 'older' or 'newer', they only know 'latest tagged package' and 'previously tagged package'. So, when pungi does a compose it asks koji: "hey, give me the last tagged package for all packages in f38 tag". So, in this case if we did let this through, the 'older' one would be in the compose. kevin
