I want to ask if you know, or can reach Carmen Bianca Bakker?
They maintain package python-license-_expression_, which is outdated and several new version has been released in past 3 years.
There is upstream monitoring bug
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1972010
With no update since June 2021. I pinged there for update on December 2022. I write them privately on 2022-12-26.
No update since then.
I've noticed she tried to update the package 3 months ago and bailed out:

Have you considered offering help by sending a pull request with the update?
3 months is not that long for a volunteer contributor, considering this was around the holiday as well. I see some activity on GitHub so I don't think she's completely gone, perhaps just busy... ?
BTW in the spirit of transparency: I'm the one who sponsored Carmen Bianca into the packager group.
