Heads-up: flatbuffers 23.1.4 coming to Rawhide with .so version bump

In one week (2022-01-15), or slightly later, I plan to build flatbuffers 23.1.4 for Rawhide[1].

The .so versioning for flatbuffers is not quite right; the version number is based on the year, and the .so version is the major version number. Since upstream offers no ABI stability guarantees, they have been asked to start using the whole version number as the SOVERSION in the future[2] to make sure there aren’t ABI changes without .so version bumps.

Anyway, for better or worse, this update will bump the .so version from 22 to 23, and flatbuffers remains a leaf package, so there should be no impact to other packages.
