Re: TeXLive 2022 landing in rawhide today

Despite the size, I don't think TL updates have ever gone through that process before. Not opposed to doing it though, do we need to revert those builds from rawhide?

While I appreciate the work here and I trust you to get it right I
can't help but think a change of this size should be going through the
official change process and I don't see an approved change for F-38
[1], is there a reason not to go via this process?
