Updating python-ezdxf to 1.0.0 in Rawhide with minor breaking changes

In one week (2022-12-20), or slightly later, I will update python-ezdxf to 1.0.0 in Rawhide.[1]

This release contains some minor breaking changes[2][3]; the only dependent package is python-trimesh[4], and I have verified it is already compatible with the new release.
