Peter is the domain expert on the process of carving off chunks of
linux-firmware. It's a bit of a balancing act, because you kinda need a
large enough, clearly thematically-related chunk to make it worthwhile.
A lot of the things in that list aren't really related to each other
and aren't big enough on their own to be worth splitting out, it's a
whole compendium...
