The OpenPGP session at IETF 115 (Tuesday Nov 8th, 1300-1430 UTC) will
include a discussion on PQC in OpenPGP:

  https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/agenda-115-openpgp/

That will be followed by a side meeting dedicated to PQC in OpenPGP:

  https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/openpgp/ZTPCQQ13OookbjmSNeyptR4ItcM/

I hope you'll be able to attend and raise your concerns.

Neal
