From the audience:

In the past,  Yubico has been generous in giving keys to packagers.
If they cannot give keys to all, then maybe we can get a few for those who need them.

Some of us already have keys.

The barrier to becoming a packager is already high (that is good)
But we should decrease the friction (that is bad).

Shall I bring the matter of donated keys up with the Fedora community folks, or is that already in the works?
