Sorry it's not working.
I simply build the existing approved package that was otherwise abandoned.
Given what you installed with Mandriva, it looks like there's another
package needed - airspyone_host, which is in the Fedora repositories.
(see e.g. https://pkgs.org/search/?q=airspyone_host)
Have you tried installing that package as well?
Please also keep in mind that Fedora is a volunteer-driven, community
project.
We all have limited time to contribute and while I and many others are
willing to assist with software like yours, it would be nicer to see a
request for assistance with getting the software into the distribution
over a lament that we do not have it.

Something isn't right with your airspyhf software. I installed it, but neither Gqrx nor SDR++ sees the Airspy HF+ Discovery. Also, I cannot do "airspyhf_info" to see its status. All I get is:
[BT@PC ~]$ airspyhf_info
AirSpy HF library version: 1.6.8
No devices attached.
I was messing with OpenMandriva the other day. "sudo dnf install airspyone_host airspyhf" works and installed both devices. I really wish Fedora would do this.
