Comparing the raw number of RPMs v Flatpaks is not very relevant, because the count for RPMs includes every single library, cli tool, graphical app, whatever, while Flatpaks only count the graphical apps, not the building blocks they comprise. Better to compare Flatpaks to the number of RPMs containing a .desktop file. None the less, I expect it would still show that Flatpaks are the minority of Fedora deliverables.
