kig-python support still missing in kde 3.4.1 updates

Some time ago I posted in this list about a problem in
kig (missing python scripting support) related to FC4-test.

Following a kind suggestion coming from this mailing
list I then opened a bug in bugzilla (#157961) and even had an
answer from the official packager of kdeedu stating that
the problem would have been solved with the first updates
(kde 3.4.1) to FC4.

Now the updates are out, but the problem is still there.
I promptly reopened the bug report #157961 on bugzilla and tried
to contact the mantainer again, but I didn't get any
answer (this happened two or three weeks ago).

This is why I am again trying a post on this mailing list.
Do you have any suggestion on how to deal with the problem?
I know the problem is solvable, since I succeeded in building
a replacement "rpm" for kig that works fine, however I am
not capable of producing a "real" kdeedu rpm (and the corresponding
source rpm) with all the fine details, dependencies and so on.

Cheers,
Maurizio Paolini
