1. Enable RPM Fusion repository.
2. sudo dnf install ffmpeg-libs --allowerasing
Sure, RPM Fusion's ffmpeg does not suffer from this problem. But the
question is, what needs to be done so that ffmpeg-free will not suffer,
either.
