This is a special legal case, just like openh264 and Cisco.
Both of them built from sources on Fedora infra.
I repeat, aprox 21st time - I will never ever use blob. I will always build from sources in koji.
The goal is to go as shim and cisco - to build in koji, certify, and repack.
